Whether exercising in a gym is a new experience or you are a seasoned keep-fit enthusiant wanting to use state of the art equipment your local leisure centre has it all - free weights, assisted weights and cardio equipment.
Safe and secure
The number of people attending the centre is carefully managed so you can work out safely and in comfort. There are directional signs to guide everyone in and out. All equipment is spaced out and socially distanced. There are cleaning stations around the centre so you can wipe down equipment before and after use and we clean the centre on a regular basis.
Getting started
When you join, just come in clothes and a pair of trainers that you will feel comfortable exercising in. We’ll show you around the centre so you know where everything is. One of the fitness instructors will have a chat with you to understand what you want to get out of your membership and create an exercise plan based on your fitness level, available time and what you want to achieve. They’ll add your personalised exercise programme to your Technogym Key* and show you how to use the machines. If you need them at any time there is always someone on hand to provide help.
Get connected
You can connect your mobile to the equipment so that you can automatically record the exercise you do using the Inspired Fitness Tracker app. The app works outside of the centres as well to record when you are walking, running, cycling etc. so you can keep a log of all your achievements each day, week and month. Plus, through the app you can book your gym, swim and class times. Message the instructors with any questions you might have. Take part in a wide range of exercise challenges and much more. We’ll explain all this to you when you join.

Access all areas
When you join you can use any of the listed leisure centres in your area. Swim for free as part of membership and, subject to Covid-19 tier restrictions, take part in classes from Yoga and Pilates to HIIT and Body Pump and a whole lot in-between.
